Victor discovered his interest in social welfare law while completing his LPC and volunteering at Citizens Advice Bristol. Over the next ten years he worked at a legal aid law firm in Swansea, giving debt and housing advice on the Civil Legal Advice Line, ran a homelessness prevention project at Citizens Advice Oxford and gave debt and benefits support to Camden tenants alongside delivering debt and benefits training to Council officers.

He was pleased to be offered a training contract with Luton Law Centre.
