Yes. It will be easier to navigate the site and complete the application form on a computer, however you can use an iPhone, iPad, or Android phone or tablet.

The application form should work with the latest version of all major web browsers (Microsoft Edge (New), Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari) on laptops and PCs running current versions of Windows and MacOS.

No issues have been found when using the latest versions of the default browsers on Apple iPhone or Android devices. Likewise, no problems have been identified running Safari on an iPad.

Occasionally an update of a supported browser will cause it to not work as expected. In this case we suggest that you switch to one of the other supported browsers listed above.
