Our 2023 Host application round is now closed. Applications received after the Tuesday 21 February 2023 deadline will not be considered.

We will shortly begin the process of shortlisting applications for the next stage of assessment. See our 2023 Host recruitment timeline for more information.

Please find below a reminder of our approach to shortlisting applications to host a Fellow:

In shortlisting, we will prioritise organisations with key qualities that we value. Particularly, for our JFF scheme, it is important that you are a registered training provider with your relevant legal regulatory body.

Through our JFF scheme, we can fund:

    1. Staff costs
    2. Direct costs such as travel, subsistence or events
    3. Overheads (we encourage organisations to include a reasonable overhead contribution)
    4. Small capital items such as IT equipment
    5. Training costs and examination costs (only the PSC or those mandatory for SQE2)

In delivering these activities, we welcome collaborations between organisations who are seeking to work in partnership to host a Fellow.

We are also interested in the outcomes you would like to achieve and how you intend on getting there.

You can also read our criterion on how we prioritise applications more widely.
