Harrow Law Centre 2022

Harrow Law Centre was established in 2010 by members of the local community who recognised a gap in the provision of free legal advice for local people. Since those early days the Law Centre has grown and has become a respected provider of high-quality legal advice. We are a London Legal Support Trust Centre of Excellence and in our last Immigration peer review we achieved ‘Excellence’ status which has been attributed to only 15% of all law firms. We were highly commended in our last Lexcel audit and shortlisted in 2017 in the LALYs for the category of legal aid firm of the year.

The Law Centre employs an expert staff team delivering legal advice and representation in areas of social welfare law and from October 2022 in Crime. We have legal aid contracts in crime, education, housing, immigration, public law, and welfare benefits. In addition, we receive several grants which allow us to undertake legal work that is out of scope of legal aid. This includes representation at first tier welfare benefits tribunals and assisting victims of crime.

We pursue cases all the way from initial enquiry to representation in the higher courts. Continue Reading Harrow Law Centre 2022
