Overview

The Fellowship is now 128 Fellows strong (121 solicitor fellows and 7 barrister fellows) and well on track to creating the social welfare law leaders of the future.

2021 Fellows

The eighth cohort of Justice First Fellows (18 Trainee Solicitor) were appointed and started at their Host Organisations in early 2022.

2020 Fellows

The seventh cohort of Justice First Fellows (22 Trainee Solicitor) started at their Host Organisations in early 2021.

Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, the Justice First Fellowship Conference was held remotely using video conference and so there was no opportunity to take the usual group photograph. 2019 Fellows

The sixth cohort of Justice First Fellows (21 Trainee Solicitor and 1 Pupil Fellow) have been appointed and started at their Host Organisations in September 2019 (Pupil Fellow) and early 2020 (Trainee Solicitors).

2018 Fellows

The fifth cohort of Justice First Fellows (12 Trainee Solicitor and 1 Pupil Fellow) started at their Host Organisations in September 2018 (Pupil Fellow) and early 2019 (Trainee Solicitors).

2017 Fellows

The fourth cohort of Justice First Fellows (17 Trainee Solicitor and 3 Pupil Fellows) started at their Host Organisations in September 2017 (Pupil Fellows) and early 2018 (Trainee Solicitors).

2016 Fellows

The third cohort of Justice First Fellows started their two year Fellowships at their respective Host Organisation in September 2016 (Pupil Fellows) and early 2017 (Trainee Solicitors).

2015 Fellows

The second cohort of Justice First Fellows started their Training Contracts with their respective Host Organisation in early 2016.

2014 Fellows

The first nine fellows were appointed in 2014 and started their Fellowships in early 2015.
